  • I placed an order for flowers for a friend's birthday - I live in Winnipeg and she lives in Toronto. I requested a specific date and time Shalimar was happy to oblige - they even sent me a personal email to confirm that it would be delivered as requested, which assured me that I would get what I was ordering. My friend was pleasantly surprised, thanks to the florist. So big thank you for the great customer service!

  • The item delivered well appreciated. The disappointing part was that the pic showed red glass cube but clear glass cube was delivered, though I was informed about the same thru a prior mail but still the colored vase looked better. Not a complaint but consider this as just a feedback for future improvement. I was happy with the service and will order again from you. Appreciate the prompt service. Thank you again.
