I received an email that the initial florist I had selected could not fill the order, which was a bit concerning. However, I was assured that the order would be filled by another florist. It was very shortly after that I received a call from my family to whom I was sending the flowers to say they had received them. All this on a holiday long weekend. I am delighted with that level of service and will certainly use them again! Many thanks!

This is an excellent service! I ordered flowers online at 1130pm and they were delivered by 1030am the next day! My Mother-in-law turned 75 so I wanted them to be nice...and they were great! She loved them! I chose the "Artisan's Choice" mixed bouquet...that was I was able to exactly select my budget. Definitely got our moneys worth and was able to pay by PayPal! I ordered flowers for my grandmother on Friday night to be delivered by her local florist on Saturday. Saturday morning Direct2Florist received a rejection notice from the florist in her town saying they couldn't fill the order (this was all going on as I was asleep). Direct2Florist found another florist nearby that could fill the order, transfered the order to the other florist, and sent me a message that the order would still be delivered on time (all before I woke up on Saturday). Saturday evening, I called my grandmother (who lives around 700 km away from me), and I was on the phone with her when the delivery person knocked at her door. It was really wonderful to be ther "live" while she received them. She told me that the bouquet was beautiful, lots of variety. I have used this service three times now, and I am a very satisfied customer.

The florist rang to check the best delivery time with the client and that went down well. I haven't seen the bouquet, but I am told it was beautiful.
