I ordered flowers for my grandmother on Friday night to be delivered by her local florist on Saturday. Saturday morning Direct2Florist received a rejection notice from the florist in her town saying they couldn't fill the order (this was all going on as I was asleep). Direct2Florist found another florist nearby that could fill the order, transfered the order to the other florist, and sent me a message that the order would still be delivered on time (all before I woke up on Saturday).
Saturday evening, I called my grandmother (who lives around 700 km away from me), and I was on the phone with her when the delivery person knocked at her door. It was really wonderful to be ther "live" while she received them. She told me that the bouquet was beautiful, lots of variety. I have used this service three times now, and I am a very satisfied customer.
