I ordered "same day delivery" for my flowers, and I was very disappointed when I went online that night and the flowers were not delivered. I was not contacted that day to let me know that my order was not going to be delivered. I called Flower Expressions that night (after hours)and left a message and emailed them detailing my disappointment with their service. They contated me 2 days later letting me know the reasons it had not been delivered. They refunded my money, and sent flowers for free to my friend. If there is some reason the deliveries are not going to be made, Flower Expressions needs to contact their customers SAME DAY to let them know that the delivery is not going to be bade. I appreciate the Flower Expressions making it right with the free delivery and refunding my money.

WOW!!! Order was submitted after the 2pm cut off for same day delivery & because it was a Saturday we were told there was no delivery on Sunday. That meant the flowers would not be delivered until Monday morning. Somehow though, they showed up at the hospital at 6pm on the Saturday. Well, I don't know what hoops you jumped through but it made my ailing Mom's day to get that bouquet on the Saturday. Bravo, well done, cudos & thank you for going the extra mile to make an elderly lady happy. G. Hurst
