Ordered from the UK to have flowers sent to Parksville. I was really impressed with the service - I had misspelled a name on the card and emailed them asking for it to be changed. I received an email very quickly stating that the name had been amended. This might seem like a small thing but they were sympathy flowers, and it meant a lot that they took the time to make sure it was correct. I also like that that you receive email updates, especially when they were delivered. I ordered the Tuesday and they were delivered the following day. Would definitely recommend.
