Wonderful, Wonderful service! I sent flowers to my Mother in Vancouver British Columbia, from Hamilton Ontario Canada. I ordered the flowers may 9th flowers n more guaranteed delivery May 10th and they got to my Mother May 10th in the late afternoon. The Big Hugs bouquet was beautiful and the flowers were fresh. The card read exactly what I dictated. The little bear hugging the vase of flowers was the perfect touch! Exactly what was described online when I placed the order. My Mother was very, very happy. I was extremely happy. The florist even called me, as my Mother missed their call to her. I reached her called flowers n more back to confirm that she was indeed home and they had the delivery man turn around to deliver the flowers to my Mother. Efficient service from sending over the order to a very speedy delivery. Recipient thrilled with the standard of the bouquet and its presentation.. Small blip - the company maybe under covid pressures as the date for delivery was mis read so flowers arrived not just speedily but early. CAused fun in the end so alls well that ends well...and super flowers. Very kind and immdiate apology too afterwards for the hiccup.

I added extra to my total cost in the hope that the florist could source a balloon to go with the flowers - and they were kind enough to oblige. 10/10 This florist exceeded my expectations. I shopped 4-5 different flower delivering businesses before making my decision to go with Flowers N More. I went with them because they had the highest review, they sure lived up to it! My flowers were delivered on time, and communication was 100%.
