Fantastic service. Same day delivery and my mom loved the flowers. The delivery charge was incrediy reasonable and almost half the price of FTD which had very restrictive delivery dates. This service was much more flexible.

Absolutely beautiful flowers delivered on time. When the florist had been sadly unable to create the bouquet I requested (I did it very last minute) they contacted me and offered me an alternative. Great Service!!! over and above what I expected. I was late ordering Mothers Day flowers from overseas and they said they couldn't deliver until Monday. I accepted that. Lo and behold they delivered Saturday evening!! Beautiful flowers exactly like the picture only bigger.

I live in the UK and had flowers sent to my mom in San Francisco, California for Mother's Day/Birthday (they are both on the same day, lucky her haha). I was very nervous ordering from a site I have never used before and have had very bad experiences with other online flower ordering services. Direct2Florist exceeded my expectations! The bouquet was sent the day I requested and was actually more beautiful and fuller than the photo I chose! My mom was so happy! The original florist I chose was not able to fulfull the order so Direct2Florist let me know they found another one and kept me informed the entire process. The price was better than I could have paid from any other site and in the end everyone was so happy with what was sent. Thank you so much Direct2Florist for making my mom so happy even when I'm thousands of miles away! I will definitely use this service again and would recommend to all of my friends and family :)

Flowers good but website and customer service poor. The website is still saying in progress. I sent an email and phoned to check whether they had been delivered I never got anything back. Luckily my daughter let me know they had arrived. Will try a different company next time.

My Cousin in the US was delighted to recieve the flowers that i sent, though I had wished for them to be sent the same day, maybe Ive got my time difference wrong. needless to say though she phoned me up with such delight in her voice at receiving such beautiful flowers so thank you for the quality of them, though I'm not sure why they cost twice almost as twice as much as the ones I had delivered within the uk.

The flowers were incredibly beautiful, my friend was thrilled, and the service was easy to use. The only reason they have dropped a star is because my original choices had to change slightly and no one contacted me with the issue so there was a delay in sending the flowers.. if I hadn't queried it I might still be none the wiser. We ordered flowers from the UK to be sent to New York. The website was so easy to follow and a great selection of flowers and prices to choose from. We placed our order and requested a particular delivery day. We had not heard initially from our recipient and I contacted direct2florist to confirm delivery. They replied by return confirming the flowers had been delivered. Today we have received an email from the recipient saying how delighted she was with the flowers sending us a photograph nearly 7 days later and the flowers were still looking amazing. To quote what was said , please see below. "Last Friday evening I arrived home to find the most beautiful flowers awaiting me! My dear husband, who had answered the door when the florist arrived was sitting nearby the flowers dying to know who on earth sent these absolutely magnificent flowers to me. On the other hand I immediately assumed the flowers were a surprise from my husband and thought he was simply joking when he denied ordering them! A little note was tied with ribbon onto the bouquet and, as I excitedly rushed across the room to open it I thought, if not my husband, WHO could have possibly sent these to me! I opened the note and when I realized these glorious flowers were in fact from the 5 of you I literally felt a great surge of joy and appreciation in my heart! How absolutely lovely and kind of you! I love flowers, they always fill me with such joy! And, these flowers are extra special because they are from you! Today is Thursday, nearly one week since they arrived and they are still most fresh and beautiful!" While the flowers did arrive they were delivered the following day which in my case was okay, and they were beautiful although nothing like the bouquet in the photo online. I think it must be very hard to get the exact flowers that maybe you see in the photo online they were totally different colours but still lovely. I sent them to my Sister in the USA and she loved them.

I haven't seen the flowers as they were ordered for delivery in another State. The only glitch was in delivery but that was my fault as I didn't realize where Direct2florist was situated and therefore the time difference between the UK and the US. I was really pleased with the service from this florist. The flowers were lovely and good value for the price. They were delivered on the correct day but recipient wasn't in, however the florist left them by back door then phoned them later on to ensure they had received them.

I must say, this process of ordering online was great and my mom truly enjoyed the bouquet. However, the flowers were delivered a day early - today. I requested them be delivered the 13th, my mom's actual birthday. I guess if something positive is to come out of this, it's she gets to enjoy them a day earlier.

Sent flowers to my sister in Iowa for her birthday. Other sites either had hidden charges, didn't deliver to Iowa or internationally, we're very expensive etc., so when I was running out of time and patience I came across this site, clicked on florists choice of bouquet and made the reasonable payment hoping they would turn up on time and not just a bunch of cheap carnations (which my sister dislikes). Well, I have just received a photo of the flowers from my sister and they certainly weren't a bunch of carnations - it was an architectural display of a few choice flowers and foliage that definitely had the wow factor and a bit of effort had been put in to construct the display. Well done Direct2florist, a very pleased customer and a very impressed recipient!

I sent a basket of flowers for my Mum's birthday and she was so thrilled with the arrangement. She took pictures to show me and I have to say that I'm really pleased and happy that my money was well spent. The only criticism would be that the lillies were all fully open so the display won't last as long as if they had had been buds. I would still recommend this site to friends and use again.

I was very unsure about trying to arrange a delivery of flowers to the USA but I am absolutely delighted with the time of delivery and the flowers delivered. I opted for the florist's choice thinking that they would pick the best flowers available and was given a chance to say what occasion the flowers were intended for. In this case I could say that they were to cheer up a very sick friend. I have seen a photo of the flowers this morning and the florist's choice was perfect. Thank you so much. They did a fantastic job with the flowers and delivery was quicker than I expected. The flowers were for a friend who had just lost her father. I wanted tasteful but not too somber. My friend is part of an email group and we use sunflowers as our sybol. I wished my friend sunflowers and hugs from us all and the florist took her cue from my card greeting and included sunflowers, which was jsut wonderful and also just what my friend needed. The flowers were gorgeous, as evidenced by the photo we received from the very happy recipients. The arrangement was for our son and daughter-in-law's tenth wedding anniversary, and we ordered a "surprise" bouquet. Indeed, it was a wonderful surprise with a generous number of gorgeous flowers artfully arranged for the occasion. The whole experience was excellent. I can only comment on the delivery fulfilment as I have yet to see the picture from USA of flowers. However, the delivery was made just before my family left for an 8 hour drive to a family funeral, and so touched them, they called me immediately. Thank you for a prompt delivery service.

Wow......... I sent flowers to my girl friend Chris who is in hosplital having a second major surgery and I was sadly unable to be with her. Chris was over the moon and telling of how she has had several visitors to her room, whom had come to look at the flowers ! The delivery was very fast at my request, as I wished them to arrive before the unscheduled surgery, my personal note to go to Chris with the flowers was hand written by the florest ( a very nice personal touch ). Although i did not receiventhem myself, feedback from my fianc was very good. She is feeling down at work and they really cheered her up. I did use other seer ices in the past for flowers but being 6000 miles apart it is important to me that the flowers are perfect and she doesn't have to spend time complaint about them and getting new ones or being phoned at odd hours for delivery.
