I was very disappointed with this order. I had placed it in very good time. It was for my cousins 70th birthday. She had recently suffered two family bereavements and I had hoped that this would be a happy and welcome surprise. Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered on the date I had chosen. We had to contact the florist the next day and they responded that they had forgotten about the order because of Mothers Day. The response was not as supportive and apologetic as I would have expected. They did deliver the flowers. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and customer care.

Absolutely beautiful flowers! The arrangement looked exactly like the picture ... couldn't have asked for more. There was a bit of a delay with delivery but given it was an international order (and I am nearly a day ahead of Canada) this was totally understandable. Thanks for an amazing service and I will definitely use Surrey Flower Shop in the future :)
